Q. CAN YOU HELP ME TO STOP SMOKING? SHED WEIGHT? DRINK LESS? BE MORE POSITIVE WITH MY THINKING?

A. If you are genuinely ready to wholeheartedly take better care of yourself...I can effectively help you in 2 + sessions.  I am always delighted to watch my clients feel so much better about themselves as they make their personal right choices. 

Q. DO I NEED A LIFE COACH OR A  THERAPIST? 

A. If you're struggling and feel like you can't function, consider a therapist. If you're feeling ok overall but know you could do better and want the tools & support, a life coach could be a better choice. 

Q. HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED? 

Q. HOW DO YOU DIFFER FROM A PSYCHOLOGIST?

A. Like a psychologist, I will ask a few questions regarding one's history, to understand the client's values &  beliefs.  However, as a coach the focus is to understand strengths, barriers and create realistic steps & practices to achieve outcomes. I use hypnotherapy to insert subconscious seeds that supplement the process.  My clients leave each session with new steps, tools and perspective that support their whole well-being.  

Q. HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED? 

A. You will feel good after your initial 1.5 hour session. The amount of sessions depends entirely on you. I require a minimum of 3 sessions. Some clients stop after the three sessions, others continue to receive weekly support sessions, while others receive monthly tune-ups. We both know when you are ready.

Q. WILL I LOSE CONTROL IF YOU PUT ME IN HYPNOSIS?

A. You do not lose control in hypnosis. I always have my clients become more familiar with hypnosis during the very first session by guiding them into a deeply relaxed state using imagery, metaphors and suggestions. Clients are delighted  how good they feel afterward.

Q. CAN I DO THE LIFE COACHING WITHOUT THE HYPNOTHERAPY?

A. Our work together is always a collaboration. I am here to guide & empower you in the best way possible. Life coaching is an excellent modality to help anyone achieve desired outcomes. I use hypnotherapy as a supplement to activate & align the subconscious mind to support new beliefs and habits.If you're not comfortable with hypnotherapy, I will not use it. 

Coaching and hypnotherapy are effective modalities that have helped millions of people achieve personal success and well-being of the WHOLE SELF - body, mind and spirit. 

I am delighted to combine these two techniques -along with mindfulness practices- and offer as a powerful, therapeutic approach that helps anyone develop a deeper and compassionate understanding of the relationship with themself, others, and life  -which fosters a deeper sense of overall well-being and profound self-awareness.
